Please take a moment to read our Visitor Guidelines before making your reservation to visit. By making a reservation, you agree to follow these protocols and to support a safe environment. The safety of our staff, visitors, and our cranes is our highest priority.
Wear a Mask and Use Hand Sanitizer. We will follow CDC guidelines as we welcome visitors to the new Cranes of the World exhibits. Staff and visitors must wear masks at all times, both indoors and outside. Hand sanitizer is available for your use before entry and throughout your visit.
Keep a Safe Social Distance. Lucky for us, we have a familiar gauge to help you stay a safe distance from visitors who are not in your group. Many cranes have a wingspan of about six feet. Please leave room for a crane with wings fully spread to safely fit between you and the next group! We have signs to help you along the way.
Go With the Flow. Our paths have been designed with a directional flow. By walking the path in a counterclockwise direction, you will take a trip around the world to visit all 15 species of cranes. Please do not backtrack. If you need assistance retrieving something you have left behind, a staff member will be happy to assist you.
Our Staff Is Here To Help. Most times of the day you will find naturalists stationed throughout our exhibit areas. They are available to answer your questions about the cranes and new exhibits, our worldwide effort to save cranes in the wild, and to provide assistance as needed.
