Regina PhelpsRegina is an internationally recognized expert in the field of emergency management and continuity planning. Since 1982, she has provided consultation and speaking services to clients in four continents. She is founder of Emergency Management & Safety Solutions, a consulting company specializing in emergency management and continuity planning. A partial list of clients include VISA Liberty Mutual, Northern Trust, MasterCard, Triton Container, Intuit, Stanford University, Duke University, Wells Fargo Bank, McAfee, International Paper and the World Bank.

Regina has received numerous honors and awards including Business Recovery Managers Association Award for Excellence in Business Recovery Planning; College of the Sequoia’s, Hall of Fame; Outstanding Employer by the ARC; Women Entrepreneur of the Year, San Francisco Chamber of Commerce; and the Champion of Small Business, Small Business Administration. Ms. Phelps was the 1991 Chairman of the Board of the San Francisco Chamber, the first woman, the youngest, and first small business owner to ever hold tchat seat.  

In addition to her business and professional interests Regina’s passions are land conservation, habitat restoration, environmental education and birds (cranes in particular!).
