The International Crane Foundation’s headquarters in Baraboo, Wisconsin includes the world’s only collection of all 15 species of cranes. At our facility, we care for over 100 individual cranes, including more than 30 Endangered Whooping Cranes.
You can help us care for our cranes by adopting a crane species! Your $100 adoption will help us provide our cranes with food, water, and veterinary care for one year.
Crane species available for adoption include a Whooping Crane, Sandhill Crane, Grey Crowned Crane, or a crane chick.
As an adoptive classroom or youth group, you will receive:
- Crane species fact sheet, photo, and poster (18″ x 24″)
- Adoption certificate
- One-year subscription to our quarterly newsletter, The Bugle
- The opportunity to have a positive impact on the world by helping care for our crane flock.
